Dr. Wu completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After a one-year internal medicine internship at Mercy Hospital, Dr. Wu trained at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Eye and Ear Institute for three years in the field of ophthalmology.
Dr. Wu received his board certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology as well as an active member of the Buffalo Ophthalmologic Society and the Genesee County Medical Society. He also serves as a clinical instructor of ophthalmology for the United Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Wu has been with Batavia Ophthalmology since 2010. He is married and has one child.
Dr. Paulus received his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. After completion of his studies, he followed by internship in pediatrics. He practiced general medicine for several years in Christian mission hospitals in Pakistan.
Dr. Paulus also completed Ophthalmology residency in England, and after five years, was elected as a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, U.K.
Dr. Paulus completed his Ophthalmology residency at SUNY Buffalo NY.
Dr. Paulus is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Christian Medical Society.
Dr. Paulus is married and his wife is also a physician. They have three children, and three grand-children.
